As you might imagine, we have had considerable requests from participants for an opportunity to share their experiences. To maximize interaction at the conference, we are delighted to offer three sessions solely dedicated to individuals and organizations interested in showcasing their on-going activities with other attendees. They are our “Interactive Networking Sessions.”

During these three times, the Interactive Networking Sessions are the only activities scheduled for the conference. All participants are encouraged to attend the sessions and there is no need to sign up to attend. For each session, several rooms are available, each with 4-5 spaces. Reservations for a 4 X 2 ½ ft table are on a first-come, first-served basis, and you must be a paid registrant to sign up. Each initiative may be showcased only once.
Information about who is presenting where and when will be provided at to all attendees at registration. This information will also be posted on the website and at the conference.
At your table, you may use posters, photos and or other visual aids to foster discussions about your projects and initiatives. Conference attendees will use this time to circulate between tables and/or rooms to engage in conversations with table hosts. This will give you an opportunity to connect with others in the room with whom you have common interests.
Once you have registered, you will be invited (pending space available) to sign up for an Interactive Networking Session. Please click on the appropriate day and time and you will be asked to select your room and table.
