Financial Sector
- Worldwide - WDI is a member of two consortia that were awarded this Blanket Purchasing Agreement from USAID, led by ABT and Bankworld respectively, to develop financial services globally. (>>more)
- Romania - WDI provided advisory services on financial-sector reform to the National Bank of Romania, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Privatization. Issues ranged from bank consolidation and privatization to setting up a system of depositor's insurance and creating a wholesale lending facility. The effort was part of the U.S. Treasury Department's technical assistance program on financial sector reform. (>>more)
- Czech Republic - WDI designed a new system for compensating senior management, including the chairman, for the supervisory board of Komercni Banka, the largest commercial bank in the Central and Eastern European region. (>>more)
- Croatia - WDI provided consulting services and management training to senior managers of the National Bank of Croatia and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
