Project Summary: WDI is a member of two consortia that were awarded this Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) from USAID, led by ABT and Bankworld respectively, to develop financial services globally. The IQC covers not only traditional financial sector reform and development, but also capital markets development, pension reform and pension fund development, insurance product and service development, commodity markets development, and sovereign debt management. WDI is likely to play a rolde in research support and training in addition to project development and consulting.
