Anurag Jain will be the featured guest at the WDI Corporate Speaker Series on Tuesday, March 28. The event will begin at 4:30 p.m. A reception will follow. The topic will be “From BPO to Business Process Transformation: Doing it Right”. The discussion will focus on transformation and achieving true business process compliance by integrating Internal controls and Info Security under a Quality Management System in the world of Sarbanes Oxley.
Mr. Jain leads the Business Process Solutions (BPS) Group, where he is responsible for its strategy, management, sales, operations and service delivery. With over 10 years of experience in building and managing different global business process service delivery models, Mr. Jain is currently involved in building Perot Systems' BPS capability across various industry groups.
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Mr. Jain founded Vision Healthsource, a company focused on providing business process outsourcing services to healthcare providers and payers. He built that company to more than 800 associates and over 35 customers worldwide. Then in 2003, Mr. Jain architected Perot Systems’ acquisition of Vision Healthsource—a landmark agreement, which creates an end-to-end, global healthcare Business Process Service Delivery model within Perot Systems. Mr. Jain continues as CEO of Vision Healthsource and is actively involved in building and managing Vision’s brand and service delivery capabilities.
Along with Vision, Mr. Jain also co-founded and served as head of operations for Brigade Corporation, a customer support company with 1,300 customer support employees across centers in the U.S., Europe and India.
With his experience founding and managing two of India's leading BPO businesses, Mr. Jain is recognized as a thought leader in the Indian BPO space, actively speaking at a number of key business conferences each year.
Prior to founding Brigade, Mr. Jain was a management consultant with Gemini Consulting, where he launched wireless operations for telecom carriers worldwide. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, India.
