HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR LAST WORKSHOP
September 10-11, 2009
Riga, Latvia
Theresa Welbourne presented "Employee Engagement through Data & Dialogue." Professor Welbourne is the founder, President, and CEO of eePulse, Inc. and adjunct professor of executive education position at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. The workshop explored how to be focused and strategic in employee engagement, as well as evaluated the role of the employee survey as more than a tool for data collection. TProfessor Welbourne integrated learning from the Leadership Pulse, an ongoing global study of leaders. This data provided a lens into today’s challenges, allowing participants to define the best ways to use data in addressing the critical challenges.
