Workshop Summary
In most organizations resources have been cut until there is little more that can be cut. Today there is great pressure for innovation and growth and we are facing a period that calls for particularly effective leadership. At the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship researchers have discovered some surprising insights about what it means to lead effectively. In this two day workshop, Professor Robert E. Quinn will introduce participants to the latest ideas on change leadership. The workshop will be highly participative. Participants will develop insights for leading the process of deep change in organizations. They will be exposed to ideas from the new field of Positive Organizing, which has been named one of the breakthroughs for the year by the Harvard Business Review. Participants will learn specific methods of leading the change process in their organizations and in their own lives.
