Session # 1: Discovering and Managing BoP Opportunities: Key Capabilities

This session will focus on the capabilities required to uncover existing opportunities in the BoP through market research, data-based methods, and strategic exploration.

Session # 2: Building BoP Capability: The Role of Gaming and Simulation

This session will present a new BoP Game called "Crossroads" which has been developed this past semester at Cornell. The game enables people in companies to develop the skills necessary to pursue the BoP through a gaming approach.

Session # 3: Creating BoP Opportunities: Key Capabilities

This session will delve into the capabilities required to implement the BoP Protocol approach described in the plenary which involves co-creation and joint design of the BoP opportunity.
