Anne Geurts
Twynstra Gudde
Dr. Anne Geurts (MSc Political science) is a management consultant at Twynstra Gudde, an independant consultancy firm based in the Netherlands. She is one of the designers of the BoP ‘Crossroads’ simulation.
As a management consultant, her focus is on stakeholder and change management in large organizations. She has worked in different sectors, (semi-)profit (eg. gas production, energy, international harbor) and non-profit (Dutch ministries of Education and Traffic and Waterworks, city governments). She has designed and been a trainer for several games and simulations, as a tool for organizational change and learning.
Together with her project team, she has won the Dutch price for the most innovative consultancy project in 2007, for consulting the international harbor company of Rotterdam on having a better dialogue with stakeholders, by implementing a ‘mutual gains approach to negotiation’ strategy.
