Faculty Engagments
Our faculty works with partner organizations interested in using BoP ventures as a new and innovative way to achieve their social and economic performance goals. Formulating strategies for these BoP ventures, however, requires radical changes in existing approaches to serving low-income markets. In close collaboration with our partners, we work to address gaps in required skills and capabilities, potential resistance from an established organizational culture, and the need for imagination, vision, and leadership in crafting fundamentally new business models.
