Institute Paradigma promotes social inclusion of people with disabilities, constructs solutions and strives to expand citizenship of underrepresented communities. It is an organization that for more than 10 years has developed corporate projects whose aim is inclusion and interaction for people with disabilities.
Instituto Paradigma is a Civil Society Organization with Public Interest (CSOPI) that promotes inclusion as a main factor of human development through two special programs: Educational Inclusion and Economic Inclusion of people with disabilities.
Advisement and consulting work for the public, private and third sectors through their own methods are contributing to the construction of new spaces in society and promoting the fulfillment of the requirements of the Law of Quotas, sanctioned in 1999. In addition, Instituto Paradigma also invests in the discovery of new technology and standards that permit accessibility through their Laboratory of Surpassing Frontiers.
Today, Instituto Paradigma works on the program of economic inclusion in companies of national distinction, such as Laboratório Fleury, CPFL, Natura, Editora Abril, Grupo Orsa, Visanet, HP and Votorantim, among others. In the area of education they have the sustainable construction of the Center of Attention to Educational Development of Santo André in reference to their work of advisement and consultation, responsible today for the inclusion of around 650 students with disabilities in the 63 schools in the municipal network of education. The project of reformation was developed by Instituto Paradigma in partnership with architect Silvana Cambiaghi, Ecoplano and the City Hall , and served as the pilot project for other municipal edifications for the city. of Santo André
